Dear Zachary: A Letter to a Son About His Father - Cinequest Film Festival 2008

A true love story about murder, friendship, betrayal and family
Dr. Andrew Bagby, raised in Silicon Valley, was murdered by Dr. Shirley Turner, the mother of his unborn child. Bagby’s childhood friend, filmmaker and Cinequest alum Kurt Kuenne (Scrapbook, Drive-in Movie Memories), initially intended to make this film for Bagby’s son, Zachary, as a way he could get to know his father. But when Turner flees to Newfoundland to escape her arrest for murder, the film and Kuenne take a new direction.
