During the festival, passes and event tickets are available for purchase at any Cinequest Film Festival Box Office location:
Camera 12 Cinemas - 201 S.Second Street, San Jose 95113
- This Box Office opens one hour prior to the start of the first screening of the
day, or 11AM, which ever is earlier.
***Please note the Camera 12 Cinemas have 2 box offices in this building.
The Cinequest Box Office is NOT the first box office directly across the Paseo
from Starbucks. Continue down the Paseo another 50 yards to find
the Cinequest Film Festival Box Office.

Terms and Conditions
- Will Call
- Orders received before Feb 25 will be processed and mailed. Orders received on or after Feb 25 will be held for pickup at our Will Call desk in the lobby of the Camera 12 Cinemas Theater until the end of the festival. Please bring a picture ID and the Credit Card you used to pay for your order.
- Deadlines
- Events sell out quickly, so please plan to place your orders early. You may order event/screening tickets on our Web site up to Midnight of the day prior to the event/screening. You can pick up your ticket order the following day at our Will Call desk located in the lobby of the Camera 12 Cinemas theater.
- Sold Out Screenings and Events
- In the case of a full house, Rush Tickets will go on sale 10 minutes prior to the event/screening on a cash only, first-come, first-served basis. If a Rush Ticket holder is not admitted, a full refund will be given. If you purchased your ticket in advance and you are present at the time of the event but cannot be seated, Cinequest will exchange your ticket for another event or refund your ticket price.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
Ticket sales are final. If Cinequest must cancel or reschedule your event/screening we will exchange your ticket for another screening/event of your choice (equal value exchanges only, please) at our main box office location at the Camera 12 Cinemas theater.
