The Express Line to the Future enables the owner to access screening or events 30 minutes before the general public. BOX OFFICE INFORMATION

The Cinequest Box Office at the Camera 12 will open in February 2014. Operating hours will be 11am - 6pm daily. During the festival, our box offices at the Camera 12, San Jose Repertory Theatre and the California Theatre will open 45 minutes prior to the first daily screening. ONLINE PURCHASES

Bypass the box office! Use our new print-at-home tickets feature to skip that extra stop at Will Call and go directly to your event. While seats are available, tickets may be purchased online up to an hour prior to the event.

Online orders for festival passes placed after February 14th can only be mailed by selecting the FedEx delivery option. NO PO BOX DELIVERY.

WILL CALL

Will Call is located in the Camera 12 lobby. Please bring your picture ID and the credit card used for the ticket purchase to pick up your festival pass and/or tickets. Take advantage of our new print-at-home ticket feature to skip that extra stop at Will Call and go directly to your event.

SOLD OUT SCREENING/EVENTS

RUSH tickets for selected screenings or events may be available 20 minutes prior to start time. Tickets will be sold for cash only on a "First-come, first-serve" basis. If a RUSH ticket holder is not admitted, purchase price will be refunded.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

All ticket sales are final. If a screening/event is cancelled or rescheduled or we cannot seat you, Cinequest will exchange the ticket for another screening/event (of equal or greater value) at the Cinequest Box Office located at the Camera 12.

Screenings/Events should be attended at your own discretion.
