KTVU Channel 2 reveals a dizzying piece as to what heights one must go to work atop the Golden Gate Bridge with On Higher Ground. Rex & Red is a comical stop-animation short from Ludicrous Productions. Metropolis Digital presents 13th Floor, a computer-generated animated production. Winner of two awards, Jeff Cowans presents a fresh look into the astronomic telescope with Lick Observatory. 49er Locker Room Report Open is an electronically animated segment for KNTV Channel 11's 49er Sports Report. Milk Cartons: The Way Back Home is the result of a cooperative effort between Tam Communications and the San Jose Police Department to locate missing children.
