A music video directed by Brooklyn based director, Brody Bernheisel and features Brooklyn-based musician, Carrie Erving, known as Shrines. The song (and video) are about transcending your everyday circumstances and gaining a new perspective through a process of letting go and living in the now. Erving and Bernheisel enlisted dance company Dance Kaleidoscope who specialize in Martha Graham modern dance techniques which use gravity to help move and manipulate their dance expressions.
