Grace, an aging and apathetic data processor, can't muster up the energy to figure out what she feels. Everything from minor inconveniences to huge injustices leave her empty, propelling her transformation into Coma Girl. Now she has the super human ability to feel absolutely nothing. Her superpowers are put to the test when she has to find out if she's got what it takes to make it on her own. Through a forced plunge into the bizarre activities of stand up comedy and apartment hunting, she'll find the answers to the questions she's been too afraid to ask.

Living alone in a dingy studio apartment, Keira is a poor street musician. Having recently taken a job busing tables at a trendy downtown restaurant, she spends most of her free time reading, day-dreaming and composing the sprawling, noisy, experimental sound-scapes that she performs for no one in particular in city subway stations.
Becoming more ambitious, she decides to audition a "singer", the homeless, alternately charming and infuriating extrovert, Josh. He and the shy Keira soon begin a tenuous relationship and musical collaboration.
