Marc has just been released from a 7 year prison sentence and is picked up from the train station by his life-long friend Jay, who breaks to Marc the news of his recent past. Jay is now married and Marc's only love has a new life with her husband and 6 year old daughter.
Taking advantage of his first night of freedom, Marc heads to a local bar looking for company, which he finds in the form of a beautiful woman named Samanta who returns with him to his hotel room. He gets more than he bargains for in Samanta, learning the following day at Jay's barbeque that she is Jay's wife.
